The Saint Joe workshop is a men’s group dedicated to creating a supportive community emphasizing spiritual and personal growth of the participants while rebuilding Job skills.

Timetable:
- 6:05 to 6:35 – Introduction(s) and opening prayer, Meal, Fellowship Time
- 6:40 to 6:55 – Topic Introduction (Rob Bell Video, etc.) , Small Group
- 7:00 to 8:30 – Workshop
- 8:30 to 9:00 – Large group Round Up and Discussion and closing prayer.
Introduction/Opening Prayer: The topic will be introduced immediately after a short reading/scripture/prayer.
Stone Soup: Each meeting will begin with bread, soup and an introduced topic. Plan on bringing an ingredient for soup to be used in preparation of the soup for the next meeting. Each workshop will alternate preparation weeks to help the cook.
Small Group: Break into groups of three (triangle), four, (square) or five (Star). One person records notes for round up. Another person presents thoughts recorded. Review Journaling.
Round up: Each small group will present their group ideas to the larger group for Discussion and reflection.
Closure/Closing Prayer: One of the participants will lead the group in a Closing short reading/ scripture/ prayer.
